Returns and Replacements
You may cancel purchases within 24 hours of order placement for a full refund. If your item is on backorder, you will have the option to wait until the product is available, or cancelling your purchase for no separate charge or cost. Your refunds for cancellations will be made back to the method of payment for the original transaction.
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee (excluding custom-made or personalized items, mattresses, pillows, unsealed baseball bats, and used vacuum cleaners). Merchandise may be returned for a full refund of your purchase price, minus our cost of shipping. Items purchased originally with free shipping will have standard ground shipping fees deducted from the refund. If the return is a result of our error, we'll even pay the return shipping cost. Merchandise must be returned in sellable condition, and you must contact us for a Return Authorization (RA) within 30 days of receipt. After
receiving a Return Authorization (RA), you will have 30 days to return the item back to us. Photographic evidence of damage to the item may be required.
International Customers: If your order is shipping outside of the United States and doesn't get delivered due to customs restrictions, we will only be able to issue a refund if the item is returned to us. At the time that the item is returned to us from customs, we will issue a full refund minus the shipping fees and costs associated with the return.
To return an item, just send us an e-mail with your order number and the reason for the return (item was damaged, incorrect item delivered, you bought the wrong thing, etc.) and we'll get back to you ASAP. You must first contact us to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number before sending your item(s) back. Failure to obtain an RA Number before returning your item(s) will cause additional cost and delay.
You should expect to receive your refund back to your method of payment within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund much more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping and Delivery
We process and ship orders in a very timely manner. We offer standard (Ground) and expedited shipping (Next-Day, Second Day, Third Day) on most orders -- simply choose the appropriate shipping method during checkout. Some orders ship directly from the manufacturer or distributor.

YES, we ship internationally and to APO addresses!
We ship worldwide (Click here for a list of countries/regions that we service). Please allow additional time to process international orders. During checkout, you will be provided with a shipping price for your order. If we are unable to determine a shipping price for your address during checkout, we will email a shipping price to you for
approval before processing your order.

Due to manufacturer restrictions, as well as international and domestic laws, we are not able to ship our products to all geographical locations and address types. General guidelines are listed below:
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
- Some oversized freight items do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally.
- We ship to most international destinations, however, some restrictions apply.

Our estimated delivery dates are based on several factors, including your destination address, how quickly we can obtain and assemble items for shipment (the "Availability" time listed on a product's detail page), and the shipping speed that you choose. The estimated delivery dates are displayed during checkout. This is especially useful if your purchase is time sensitive. By calculating an estimated delivery date, you can easily determine what shipping speed will best ensure your package gets to the desired location on time.
We calculate delivery estimates by taking the estimated shipping date and adding the time it takes a package to travel from our facilities to your destination address, based on the shipping speed you've chosen. For example, if you order an item that is listed as "usually leaves the warehouse in 1-2 business days" and select standard U.S. shipping (which typically takes 3-5 business days), you can determine that your order should arrive 4-7 business days after you place it.
To make it easier on you, we'll do the math and display the estimated delivery dates for each shipping speed during checkout. Please note that these are estimated delivery dates which may be affected by conditions outside of our control, including bad weather or shipping company delays.
